Pinoy Lunch in Texas

God knows how much I am missing Filipino dishes. So far, I haven't seen any Filipino restaurant near us yet but there is one in San Antonio, TX which is 2 hours drive from where we lived (far!!!). But I still find my way to eat some Pinoy foods, not in a restaurant though.

One day, at lunch time, I cook myself tortang talong, bagoong alamang, and rice. Isn't it Pinoy foods? LOL. It really taste most especially when it's been a while since I have eaten those kind of foods.



It may doesn't look yummy in the picture but it sure does taste good to me. hehe.
